I told my coworker Jen wanted to try out these great energy snacks that I found on Pinterest but she was to lazy about finding me on pinterest and said that I should put them up on my blog for her. They are a great snack when you are a little bit hungry or need an energy boost before Zumba Kay! So here you go Jen. Enjoy!!
1 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter) 1/3
cup honey 1 cup coconut flakes 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1/2 cup mini chocolate
chips 1 tsp vanilla
